By using the E-canteen application, students and teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Cilacap can make non-cash transactions easily and quickly. Users can purchase food, drinks, and various other products in canteens and cooperatives using a digital payment system.

The advantages of implementing this E-canteen are reducing the risk of losing cash, speeding up the transaction process, and providing convenience and security in transactions. In addition, this application can also enable schools to monitor and manage inventory more efficiently.

Timeline Project

An initial meeting is held to determine project objectives, needs analysis, and application concept design are carried out. Prototype development was carried out, application implementation was carried out, and canteen staff and teachers received training. Application trials are carried out on a larger scale. Finally, the official launch was carried out with socialization. After that, monitoring and maintenance continue to ensure the application functions optimally.
