This ease in the payment process improves the member experience and reduces the possibility of errors in recording club finances.
In addition, the membership management system allows clubs to more efficiently manage member data, including personal information, membership and activity history. With this app, members can easily renew their membership, access the club’s event schedule, and track points or benefits from the membership program.

Timeline Project
Tritih Golf Club Cilacap collaborates with Inovis as the creator of the Point of Sales and Membership Management application starting with an initial meeting to plan the project and set the desired goals. After that, Inovis analyzed the club’s needs and designed an appropriate application concept. Application development is carried out carefully, followed by thorough testing to ensure its quality. After passing the pilot, the application was implemented and club staff were provided with training. Finally, the official application was launched for members and Inovis provided maintenance support and regular updates. Tritih Golf Club continues to evaluate project results and strives to improve or enhance the application according to future needs.
